Account Access
You can browse inventory without signing in, but actions like saving listings and posting inventory require an account.
Use the Profile tab to request a secure magic link. Once signed in, your saved listings and seller actions stay synced across devices.
Creating and Managing Listings
Start from the + tab or the Sell CTA. Complete required fields, add clear photos, and include accurate specs to help buyers compare listings quickly.
New submissions may enter a review queue before going live. You can revisit the Sell flow to refine details and keep your listing current.
Search, Saved, and Alerts
Use Search to narrow by keyword, price, location, category, and condition. Filters can be combined so buyers find exactly the build or model they need.
Use Saved to bookmark listings and return later. If you remove an item from Saved, it updates immediately across cards and detail pages.
Contact and Support
For account or listing issues, contact support@risky.toys and include your listing ID, email, and a short description of the problem.
Safety concerns, suspicious messages, or policy violations should be reported right away so our team can review and take action.
