For app-related questions, account access issues, or technical problems, email support@risky.toys.
Include your account email, device model, operating system version, and screenshots when possible so we can help faster. We aim to respond within one to two business days.
Using the RiskyToys App
You can browse listings without signing in. To save listings, post inventory, or manage your profile, open the Profile tab and request a secure magic link to your email.
Use Search to find vehicles and Saved to bookmark listings. Alerts and seller tools are available once you are signed in.
Troubleshooting
If a sign-in email does not arrive, check spam or promotions folders and confirm you entered the correct email address. Request a new link from Profile if needed.
If the app behaves unexpectedly, force-quit and reopen it, then install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. On web, try a hard refresh or a private browsing window.
If your email app does not open from a support link, send your message manually to support@risky.toys with the subject line App Support.
